Mentors

KCBXnet has a group of volunteer mentors who assist users whose needs may exceed the services provided by our Customer Service staff. To request a mentor, contact KCBXnet Subscriber Service (support@kcbx.net). Customer Service will forward your request to our Mentor Coordinator.

KCBXnet Users' Group

The KCBXnet Users' Group is an interest group of KCBXnet subscribers and their guests who are interested in learning more about online communication and/or helping others to learn about the same.

The Users Group meets the third Saturday of the month from 10:00-noon in the KCBXnet Training Center.
