Bill's Farm Hostel offers a home stay experience on a working farm, close to the impressive Nipomo Dunes and Point Sal. The hostel sponsors dune hikes, carriage rides, bike rides, kayaking, backpacks and campouts. Help preserve the Nipomo Dunes for future generation. Take a swim in Avila or bike the back roads, or jog on an endless, wild beach. Non-Smokers Only

OSO FLACO LAKE Join a group of 2nd graders to see OFL & Pacific & Dunes. ***MAY 25th 0930, SUN.,. BIKE WOODLANDS A bicycle tour of the "instant city' with many stops. Meet at junction of Willow Rd. & Albert Way. Must wear helmet. With bikes we can go on golf cart trails.Earn an award of $10., if you can show me laundry on a line in Woodlands JUNE 2008
***JUNE 1, Sunday POT LUCK BBQ and NIPOMO NATIVE GARDEN I provide the meat (my pig) with other folks doing the fire, bringing the rest plus .own plates/silverware/drinks. Nature walk into back area & trails at 10 AM with non-participants setting up the BBQ & organizing. Gathering at noon for awards etc with actual eating to follow ------probably at one o'clock. ***JUNE 8, 1000 , Sun. BIKE GUADALUPE Meet at Dune Center.parking lot. Tour Guad. to see wetland, murals, ag. land & slurbanization. If group wants we might bike to Dunes. ***JUNE 15, 0930, SUN., 0930 OSO FLACO LAKE Head to Pacific. Bring Binos & Ref.Bks. Bks. ***JULY 6th, 10:00 DANA ADOBE We'll meet to tour the grounds & creek followed at noon with the regular tour of the facility itself by Arron ***JULY 13, 10:00 CREEKSIDE PARK Meet behind Adobe Plaza to tour creeks & native planr garden, dogs welcome. If time & interest we will go to Dana Adobe. ***July 20, 10:00 NIPOMO NATIVE GARDEN a tour of garden to see all the recent changes, dogs welcome.
