respective Tournaments.
AYSO tournaments require a team of 3 Referees accompany each team entered, these Referees are the responsibility of the Teams entered.
Coach's Help Page
All Coaches, Administrators, and Assistants are REQUIRED CYSA-S Risk Management background checks and registration, prior to being allowed to coach. This involves a registration, photograph, fingerprinting via LIVE SCAN
SBSA recommends Central Coast Information Services, at South Higuera and Los Osos Valley Road, bring receipt for reimbursement.
Check the LINKS page for additonal Livescan locations.
A "Risk Management" registered and badged person must be present for each team at each game or the match is not allowed to play.

We are affiliated with California Youth Soccer Association South.
We have instructional leagues, All Star teams, and sponsored Club teams.
We maintain a dedicated staff of Professional USSF Referees for Association use.
SBSA is an all Volunteer organization.
