Modified Rules for End Of season tournament

Games will start promptly on the hour.
Warm ups are to be accomplished off the field of play and ready.
Play will start no more than 5 minutes after the hour, team(s) not present will forfeit their match.
Referee will blow his whistle to signify the start and end of the match.
1. All games except Championship will consist of:
a. 20-minute halves for U10 and U12 Divisions.
b. 25-minute halves for U14 Division.
c. 5-minute break at the half.
2. The Clock will not stop for injuries or any other reason.
3. Substitutions: Free substitution on permission of Referee when:
a. Prior to throw-in in your favor
b. Prior to a goal kick by either team
c. After a goal is scored and before the kick-off by either team
d. Injury, if play is stopped with the permission of the referee
4. All matches will consist of Pool play, winners will be determined by points as follows.          Point System:     6 points Win     3 points Tie     0 points Loss     1 point for each goal (up to 3 maximum)     1 point for each shutout (0-0) is a shutout, both teams are awarded 4 points.     Tie Breaking Procedures (in order):     1.  Team winning match between the two teams     2.  Team with the best goal differential ( goals for - goals against)     3.  Team with the least goals allowed (total)     4.  Penalty Kicks from the mark ( 5 players standard rules )  The players must be chosen from those players on the field when time expires.     Please Note :       Tie games will stand for Pool Play       A bye or forfeit is considered a 1-0 game for scoring purposes and point awards       0 - 0 ties are shutouts ( 4 points each team )       Maximum of 10 total points possible for each match       Each red card (two yellows) including sideline ejections will result in a 1 point deduction from the team.
5. Championship games will consist of 2 equal halves of normal time for age bracket.
U10-25 min.  U12-30 min. U14-35 min.
a. Ties at the end of regulation play will lead to kicks from the penalty mark in accordance with
normal FIFA procedure, not Golden Goal.   See above for shooter determination.
6. Please remember, this is a RECREATIONAL tournament!
All players will play at least half of every game!
